KBS 2TV’s ‘Entertainment Weekly’, which was under fire for an error in the show’s subtitles, released an official apology through the show’s homepage.
The production crew of ‘Entertainment Weekly’ put said apology under the title ‘This is the production crew of Entertainment Weekly’ in the Viewers’ Thread on the show’s official homepage on the evening of the 28th.
In this apology, they showed their remorse for their mistake by saying, “There was an error regarding the names of the members of the group TVXQ in the ’2009 Star Survey’ corner which was aired on the 26th. We will make sure an incident like this will never happen again.”
In this segment of ‘Entertainment Weekly’ that was aired on the 26th, the production crew was under fire for putting out subtitles that read “Xiah Junsu, Choikang Changmin and Meecky Yoochun filed a lawsuit against their agency”. They made the mistake of putting Choikang Changmin’s name instead of YoungWoong Jaejoong when reporting this news.
After the airing of the show, many people, mostly TVXQ fans, demanded an apology from the program.

JYJ @ SM Accident
JYJ went to SM the day after they arrive early in the morning. Fans swarmed their hotel all the day before and apparently all night.
Once JYJ arrived at SM around 9:23 in the morning, fans already there and following them from the hotel to the California branch of SM Entertainments.
AS JYJ entered SM, with fans milling around them, a fan bumped into Park Yoochun from the front. How this collision happened is still undetermined. The fan was knocked to the floor around the collison and Yoochun was buffered backwards. Yoochun helped the fan to her feet and she aplogized saying a fan pushed her from behind.
After a short exchange of words between the fan and Yoochun, JYJ proceeded to enter SM Entertainments where security kept fans out of the building.

JYJ Airport Fan Account
Rieko added some info on her fanaccount (the 1st one she sent to us she’s very excited so sweet of her) ^^

I went at the airport at 9:30am and waited and waited… lol when I went there was 2 fans and us only. When it past 12pm people came gradually and I was sitting waiting where I can see where they come out. I couldn’t see clearly because of the angle but the reflection of the rock showed someone with a white thing near that persons head and I was got my camera ready thinking it was them.
Then I saw JJ so I just screamed “jaejoong!” right away lol then everyone got ready and JJ and Junsu came out! Everyone ran to them and iwas like where’s yoochun!? But my mom gave a rose to JJ and he accepted! Junsu had a cap and mask on too.. Junsu got a rose from my friend (hes so nice). My mom told Jaejoong “someones calling you” and he said “doko?(where)” in japanese!! so sweet of him<3 But when everyone was going crazy I found yoochun coming out slowly (as if he were hiding) and noone knew it was him! So I was filming and I gave him my gift which he accepted. He smiled when I gave it to him!!!
Then people noticed and came too yoochun. He was so skinny and smaller then excepted. he was saying “excuse me” and went through. YC was pushing baggage’s but before walking the cross street (jj and junsu already went) and then the staff came to take over the baggage and walked but he noticed he left his bag so he went back but he was holding my gift the wholee time! And as they were walking yoochun and jj was talking and junsu was infront walking. JJ seemed tired and he oh my, he had the most beautiful eyes. Junsu’s shirts tag was STILL out! Lol they walked to their car but took the stairs so n oone can go up.
So we ran to the elevator and I found their car so just ran there lol after they went in junsu(sitting in the front) took his mask off and smiled! JJ was looking at the fans and YC was looking too but still has his sunglasses on. They left in their car ): and now it is 1:17 pm.

The album is slated for release some time in August and with the album geared towards Asia, there could be tracks in both Korean and Japanese. The album is supposed to be released under a famous international record label but no further information was given.
This all seems very interesting, can’t wait to see what they have in store for us.

Law Suit
Three members of ‘TVXQ’ have filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment following their exclusive contract injunction.
According to the Seoul District Courts, Xiah Junsu (Kim Junsu), Micky Yoochun (Park Yoochun) and YoungWoong Jaejoong (Kim Jaejoong) filed an exclusive contract validity suspension lawsuit on the 25th.
Sejong, the law firm in charge of the trio’s legal actions, stated, “The exclusive contract period is thirteen years from the date they debuted, however, if military service is taken into consideration, the length of the contract is in fact fifteen years,” and “This violates Clause 103 of the civil code.” Clause 103 of the civil code states that any legal acts that violate good customs or public order will become invalid. Sejong also stated, “If the contract is canceled, the members must pay an extravagant compensation fee that is three times the amount of total investments and twice the amount of what the group would have earned in the remaining period of the contract.”
The trio submitted an exclusive contract suspension injunction last July which was partially granted in October. SM Entertainment also filed an objection to the partial acceptance verdict and a lawsuit to confirm the continued validity of the exclusive contract in April.

Junsu Interview with Sohu
Sohu: As your first Solo, musical Mozart was very successful, through the process, have you learned anything or have any feelings?
Junsu: Thank you. This is my first challenge in musicals, it was entirely different, I was very nervous and very worried. Thank goodness I got to work with a lot of experienced actors, so we successfully completed it, I am very happy.
Sohu: Right now is spring, and Junsu easily gets allergic to pollen, how are you feeling now days?
Junsu: Recently allergy reactions have appeared, so to everyday I drink a lot of water, and would wear a mask.
Sohu: Remember in a Japanese interview, Junsu said you liked Coconut trees, is it because coconut trees doesn’t have any pollen?
Junsu: Ah, after you put it this way, coconut trees does have this advantage!
Sohu: Really, coconut tries gives people a warm felling, is it because you like this feeling?
Junsu: Really the reason why I like coconut trees is because in Korea, except for Jeju, its hard to see coconut trees. If I go abroad and sees coconut trees I would think “right now I’m really abroad”, that feeling is very strong! Compared to city scenery, I like oceans, and warm sunshine, so when I see coconut trees, I would feel very comfortable. And I think out of all types of trees, coconut trees are the prettiest (laughs).
Sohu: Because there haven’t been a lot of announced activities, and we realize your current situations caused a lot of restrictions, Chinese fans wish to know what you have been doing recently.
Junsu: I will release a solo single in Japan, right now most of the basic preparations have been completed, we are at the end of production. Recently, I put all of my heart into preparing this new single.
Sohu: What kind of expectations do you you have with your solo single? Like getting first place on Oricon charts?
Junsu: There may be that possibility, but right now in Japan there are a lot of talented singers and the competition is tough, so I wont let “getting first place on Oricon charts” be my goal, I just want to show of my talent, my style, and my music. When everyone listens to the single, they would feel “Oh, its very Xiah (Junsu)’s style!”, then I would be very satisfied.
Sohu: Returning the topic to your brother, this time for composing Junho’s single, you are a talented composer yourself, did you join? Do you have any wishes or hopes for Junho’s activities in China?
Junsu: During the recording process, and after, my brother would ask for my advice, even after recording, he would let me listen first, when he practice dancing, I would go watch him a lot. I think my brother (as singer) performed very well, and he is very serious about his work, I really hope he will prosper in the future, I will continue supporting him.
Sohu:Since you are experienced in the music field, do you have anything to say to your brother who is a newcomer?
Junsu: Ah, actually I (as a singer) am still developing, there are still many flaws… But as a more experienced singer, I want to say, he must have the self confidence and think “standing on this stage, I am be best.” With this kind of confidence, everyone can see when your perform, I think this is one aspect a celebrity can’t not miss. When I saw my brother perform, his dance songs were very good, I am very proud of him.
Sohu: Yunho, Jaejoong, Changmin all have experiences in acting in dramas, have you ever thought of acting?
Junsu: Even though I haven’t acted in a drama, but through musical, I have been challenged in acting. Of course the musical involved both acting and singing skills, so I had a very fitting role. To act in a drama, I would love the challenge, but I would need to gain more experience in acting. And comparatively, my goals right now are more music oriented, and I want to prosper in that aspect. I have more talent in the music aspect that I haven’t showed everyone, and I hope everyone will see more development from me in the music area. So regarding acting, I will wait. However, if there’s a fitting opportunity, I will welcome the challenge.
Sina: Then have you ever thought about acting as the main actor?
Junsu: Main actor or supporting actor, as long as it suits me then its fine.
Sohu: Regarding your acting career, have you thought about pursing it?
Junsu: Just like I said earlier, first thing is put in all my effort for the Japanese solo single activities. Then in may, I hope to watch the World Cup…… (smiles)
Sohu: Have you thought about switching your activities abroad? Maybe like Junho, having your showcase in China?
Junsu: Until now, our activities have been mostly in Korea and Japan, so our opportunities of coming to China have been small, regarding this, everyone is sad. If there is a chance in the future, when we can stay in China and not leave (smiles), of course we will use music to repay our Chinese fans. Also, I believe there will be that day.
Sohu: Lastly through our video, say something to your Chinese fans!
JUnsu: Today through my brother’s showcase, I got to be united with everyone. First of all, I feel very sorry to everyone, truthfully I missed all of you, please wait a little longer. I honestly hope everyone will be happy and healthy. Also, I hope to be in front of everyone again, sing for you all, not (like today) sing just one song. Please wait with me for the arrival of that day, and thank you all for your love to me.

The Shanghai world expo is an opportunity for both Korea and China to know more about each other.
Being the representative for the Korea’s booth in the world expo, Representative Chang Joon-sang stated on the 22nd at the media conference for the world expo that, “China is now Korea’s number 1 country. In the long run, it will become a greater and more important country.”
Representative Chang also stated that the EXPO not only affect the participating countries’ strength, but the most important reason is that this event may affect the economy of the country, just like how the Olympics can held affect the country’s economy.In this exhibition, Korea will be represented through its products, image, as well as culture.
Korea’s booth will be all about image, and they have invited DBSK’s Uknow Yunho, Super Junior M and F(x) to participate in the events.
